Any 2 night stay requires cleaning fee of $75.00 - 3 night stay - $50 (Over 3 nights stay, cleaning is included in rate.) CO sales tax 4%

All stays require 4% Colorado Sales Tax - We will accept your personal checks or we can do a safe Credit Card Transaction for an additional 3.5% through PAYPAL

POLICIES:
• Full payment due One (1) month in advance of stay-we prefer personal checks.
We require a downpayment to get your stay on our calendar.
• SAFE Credit Card payment accepted by PayPal transaction we initiate
• Cancellation Terms: 100% Refund of downpayment on & up to 30 days prior to arrival date (less any PP fee)
• 75% Refund on total stay 16-29 days prior to arrival date (less any PP fee)
• 50% Refund on total stay if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. No Refund if cancelled after 15 days.
• A charge of $10/per night/per person will be assess on 5th & 6th guest - 6 people MAX.
• Cabin has no maid service during stays - Replacement towels and linens on second week stays.
• Check in by 2:00 P.M.
• Check out by 10:00 A.M.
• Our cabin is non-smoking, you are welcome to smoke outside –THANKS!
